Terms and Conditions for PureFinish Detailing

Welcome to PureFinish Detailing! By using our mobile detailing services, visiting our website, or engaging with our platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

PureFinish Detailing provides high-quality mobile car detailing services directly at your location. Our services include exterior washes, interior detailing, waxing, ceramic coating, and other vehicle maintenance options.

2. Bookings and Scheduling

All appointments must be booked through our website or by contacting our customer support team.

Upon booking, customers must provide accurate information, including but not limited to, vehicle type, address, and contact details.

Booking confirmation will be sent via email or SMS once the appointment has been successfully scheduled.

3. Payment

Payment for services is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon.

We accept the following payment methods:

Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard)

Debit cards

Bank transfers (upon request)

All prices listed are in AUD (Australian Dollars) unless specified otherwise and are subject to change.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time to avoid any cancellation fees.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a $50 cancellation fee.

If a customer does not show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice (a "No-Show"), a $75 No-Show Fee will be charged.

Rescheduling is available with a minimum of 24 hours' notice before the original appointment time, and any rescheduled service must be completed within 30 days of the original booking.

5. No-Show Policy

If a customer is not present at the designated appointment location within 30 minutes of the scheduled time, we reserve the right to consider it a "No-Show" and may charge the $75 fee.

After a "No-Show," we will attempt to contact the customer via phone or email to reschedule. However, the cancellation or No-Show fee will still apply.

6. Liability

PureFinish Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing damages to your vehicle. It is the customer's responsibility to inform us of any damage or concerns before we begin any services.

We will take the utmost care when providing our services; however, PureFinish Detailing is not liable for any damages that may occur during the detailing process, including but not limited to, accidental scratches, paint damage, or fading, unless caused by our negligence.

We are not liable for damage caused by weather conditions, such as heavy rain or extreme heat, which may affect the outcome of the detailing.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide a clear and accessible space for the detailing service to take place, including access to power sources or water if needed for certain services.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their vehicle is in a condition suitable for detailing. Any obstruction, clutter, or items inside the vehicle that could interfere with the service should be removed prior to the appointment.

8. Refunds and Satisfaction Guarantee

If a customer is dissatisfied with the detailing services, they must notify PureFinish Detailing within 24 hours of the service completion. We will either offer a partial refund or perform the service again, depending on the situation.

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on our detailing services, as long as the issue is reported within the time frame.

10. Force Majeure

PureFinish Detailing shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms and Conditions if such failure or delay is caused by an event beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, weather conditions (e.g., rain, floods, extreme temperatures), natural disasters, strikes, lockouts, government restrictions, or any other unforeseeable event.

In the event of such a Force Majeure occurrence, PureFinish Detailing will attempt to notify customers as soon as possible and will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the affected service. No penalties or fees will apply to customers for cancellations or delays caused by Force Majeure events.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions

PureFinish Detailing reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated “Effective Date.”
